Welcome to The OCS Technology Group. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the software development and consulting services offered by our team.
These Terms, together with any SOW, constitute the entire agreement between OCS and you (the client). These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
The OCS Technology Group provides bespoke enterprise software engineering, AI pipelines integration, dynamic web systems development, and cloud platform consultancy. All project criteria, deliverables, and timelines are bound by individual Statement of Work (SOW) documents.
Unless specified otherwise in a signed SOW, all intellectual property (IP) rights, source codes, and database setups created for the client are transferred upon full clearance of all milestone payments. Background templates remain OCS property.
Clients are required to provide accurate project specifications, wireframes, database schemas, and credentials necessary for build configurations. You may not utilize our developed servers or codebases for illegal or unauthorized activities.
Under no circumstances shall The OCS Technology Group be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of business profits or data leaks) resulting from cloud provider outages or third-party API changes.
