VidMod AI (Package Name: ai.vidmod.theocs) is a state-of-the-art AI Video Generation, 4K 60FPS Enhancement, and On-Device Smart Timeline Video Editing mobile application developed and operated by THE OCS TECHNOLOGY (theocstechnology.com). VidMod AI unites frontier generative video models (Kling AI, Luma Dream Machine, Runway Gen-3, Hailuo MiniMax, Pika) with an on-device Media3 Transformer video editing pipeline, providing creators with enterprise-grade video production capabilities while preserving strict user privacy.

To deliver high-fidelity generative video rendering, upscaling, and timeline editing, VidMod AI collects and processes: (a) User Prompts & Directional Directives: Text descriptions, creative prompts, style presets, camera motions, and duration settings; (b) Uploaded Media: Source photos, videos, or reference keyframes selected by you for Image-to-Video generation or 4K super-resolution upscaling; (c) Voice Directives: Spoken audio captured strictly when you hold the microphone button for speech-to-video prompts; (d) Diagnostic Telemetry: Anonymous crash analytics and hardware profiles (GPU capability, Android version) to optimize Media3 video rendering pipelines.

VidMod AI interfaces with leading frontier video synthesis providers via enterprise-encrypted API tunnels (TLS 1.3 with SHA-256 cipher suites). When you trigger video generation, your sanitized prompt and optional reference media are transmitted to the selected model provider (e.g., Kling AI, Luma Dream Machine, Runway Gen-3) solely to render the requested scene. Your prompts, inputs, and generated videos are NEVER sold, rented, monetized, or used to train third-party foundation models without your explicit permission.

In accordance with Google Play Developer Policies, VidMod AI requests only essential operational permissions: (a) INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Required to stream generative AI requests and download rendered video assets; (b) READ_MEDIA_VIDEO & READ_MEDIA_IMAGES (Android 13+) / READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: Optional, requested only when you choose to import local media for editing or upscaling; (c) RECORD_AUDIO: Optional, used exclusively when holding the voice prompt button; (d) POST_NOTIFICATIONS (Android 13+): Optional, alerts you when asynchronous multi-minute AI video generation jobs complete.

Unlike cloud-dependent editors that upload your private video clips to remote servers, VidMod AI's Smart Timeline Editor runs 100% on-device using AndroidX Media3 Transformer and hardware-accelerated OpenGL shaders. Video trimming, track splitting, canvas aspect ratio adjustment, transitions, and audio stitching occur locally inside your device's isolated hardware sandbox, incurring zero cloud bandwidth and zero third-party exposure.

When using the AI Enhance engine to upscale videos to 4K resolution or interpolate frame rates to 60FPS, media processing utilizes high-security compute clusters. Source media is encrypted during transit and processed in ephemeral computing instances. Temporary rendering buffers are automatically purged immediately after the enhanced video stream is returned to your device.

All subscription tiers (Weekly/Monthly Pro) and credit pack purchases are processed exclusively through Google Play In-App Billing. THE OCS TECHNOLOGY does not collect, receive, store, or have access to your credit card numbers, debit cards, UPI credentials, or banking details. All transactions are securely settled under PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant infrastructure managed by Google.

VidMod AI strictly enforces Google Play's Generative AI Policy. Multi-layered safety classifiers and automated content moderation filters automatically intercept and block prompts containing sexually explicit content (NSFW), non-consensual deepfakes, violent or defamatory depictions, hate speech, or harassment. Users can instantly flag or report any inappropriate output using the in-app moderation button.

You retain full creative ownership and commercial usage rights over the videos, projects, and media compositions created using VidMod AI, subject to compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy and applicable laws. THE OCS TECHNOLOGY claims no copyright or proprietary stake in your generated videos.

You maintain complete sovereignty over your data. Your saved drafts, recent project timelines, and cached video outputs are stored locally in an encrypted Room SQLite database on your device. You can permanently delete any project at any time from the app. Uninstalling VidMod AI or clearing application data completely destroys all local records. You may also request server-side deletion of any cloud transaction history by contacting our privacy desk.

VidMod AI is strictly intended for individuals aged 13 and above (or 16 in the European Union). We do not knowingly solicit or collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that personal data of a minor has been collected without parental consent, we will immediately take steps to remove and purge such data.
