TruOder (com.theocs.truoder) is an AI-powered sales, multi-channel commerce, and order management ecosystem engineered and operated by THE OCS TECHNOLOGY. The application empowers retail business owners, kirana stores, boutique merchants, and D2C sellers to manage product inventories, process customer orders, receive automated WhatsApp AI orders, and maintain real-time order tracking.

To deliver reliable commerce services, we collect necessary business and operational data: (a) Merchant Account Data: Business name, owner name, contact number, store address, GST/business identity (if applicable); (b) Product Data: Titles, descriptions, SKUs, pricing, stock levels, and product images; (c) Customer Order Data: Customer name, delivery address, phone number, and WhatsApp OTP verification timestamps.

TruOder integrates with WhatsApp Business APIs to facilitate frictionless ordering and reduce fraudulent Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders. When an order is placed, a one-time password (OTP) is dispatched via WhatsApp to verify the customer's phone number. We do NOT access, read, or intercept your personal WhatsApp chats, contact lists, or private media.

The TruOder Android App requests minimal runtime permissions strictly required for commerce functionality: (a) POST_NOTIFICATIONS: To alert merchants immediately upon receiving a new order; (b) CAMERA & READ_MEDIA_IMAGES: To allow merchants to photograph and upload product catalog images; (c) INTERNET: To synchronize catalogs, orders, and cloud data in real time.

Customer delivery addresses and phone numbers provided during checkout are strictly utilized by the merchant and integrated delivery couriers (such as Delhivery, Shiprocket, or hyperlocal delivery boys) solely to fulfill and track product shipments. We never sell, monetize, or broker customer contact lists to telemarketers or third-party advertisers.

TruOder facilitates Cash on Delivery (COD) tracking and integrates with RBI-compliant digital payment gateways. TruOder NEVER stores, logs, or processes raw credit/debit card numbers, CVV codes, or UPI PINs. All payment transactions are handled through certified, PCI-DSS compliant third-party banking gateways with bank-grade 256-bit SSL encryption.

TruOder is an enterprise commerce utility completely free of intrusive third-party advertising SDKs (e.g., AdMob, Unity Ads) and behavioral tracking brokers. Your store's sales numbers, customer volume, and revenue analytics remain strictly private and confidential to your business.

Merchants and customers retain full ownership of their information. Business records are retained securely as long as your account remains active. Users can request permanent deletion of their account, catalog, and historical data at any time by emailing privacy@theocstechnology.com or contacting developer support.

TruOder is a B2B and retail merchant management platform designed for commercial operators and adult consumers aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly solicit, collect, or process personal data from children under the age of 13.

This policy complies with Google Play Developer Program Policies, India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP), and international data protection standards. Any modifications to this policy will be reflected immediately on this portal with an updated revision date.
