Syndtra One - Smart Invoicing & Billing POS (Package Name: com.theocs.syndtraone) is an enterprise-grade offline-first retail billing, invoicing, inventory tracking, and customer ledger (Khata) Android application engineered and operated by THE OCS TECHNOLOGY (theocstechnology.com). All core commercial operations—including product catalogs, barcode/SKU data, transaction records, tax calculations (GST/VAT), and customer khata balances—are processed and stored 100% locally on your device in an encrypted SQLite Room database. No continuous internet connection is mandatory for billing operations, and your proprietary store records are never transmitted to remote servers without your explicit intent.

Any commercial information entered into Syndtra One—such as store names, merchant phone numbers, GSTIN, product inventories, pricing schedules, sales receipts, customer contact numbers entered for digital bills, and credit/debit balances—remains strictly confined within your Android device's sandboxed storage. THE OCS TECHNOLOGY does NOT collect, harvest, monetize, broker, or sell your commercial sales records or customer contact databases to any third party or marketing network.

In strict compliance with Google Play Developer Policies, Syndtra One requests only the minimal necessary permissions required for core POS utilities: (a) BLUETOOTH_CONNECT & BLUETOOTH_SCAN: Utilized exclusively to discover and communicate with 58mm and 80mm ESC/POS wireless thermal receipt printers for instant bill printing. Never used for user location tracking; (b) INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Required solely to verify Google Play Billing subscription licenses, handle optional encrypted cloud backups, and route AI queries; (c) SEND_SMS: An optional merchant utility allowing shop owners to dispatch transactional due reminders directly via the device's SIM only when the merchant explicitly taps the reminder button; (d) FileProvider & Storage: Utilized to compile and export professional PDF invoices for printing or customer sharing via WhatsApp or Email.

When printing receipts, estimates, or token slips, raw ESC/POS byte streams are transmitted directly to paired Bluetooth thermal printers over localized RFCOMM channels. No print content, customer names, or transaction values are routed through intermediate external servers.

Syndtra One incorporates Google Gemini AI to offer merchants smart voice billing assistance, intelligent product descriptions, and automated professional due reminder drafts. Inquiries are transmitted over encrypted TLS 1.3 gateways solely to process the immediate natural language query. Your prompts are not used to train public foundation models, and built-in safety filters ensure generated content is professional, secure, and compliant with Google Play Generative AI guidelines.

Customer names and mobile numbers recorded during billing are used strictly for local receipt association and ledger bookkeeping. When you choose to share a PDF invoice via WhatsApp or Email, the file is shared via Android's secure FileProvider system, ensuring third-party apps cannot access the rest of your private business database.

All premium features, cloud sync subscriptions, and license upgrades are processed exclusively via Google Play's official Billing API. THE OCS TECHNOLOGY never receives, collects, or stores your credit/debit card numbers, UPI PINs, or banking credentials. All transactions are safeguarded under PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance managed directly by Google.

Syndtra One is built as a clean, high-performance professional POS utility. It contains zero third-party advertising SDKs (such as AdMob or Unity Ads) and zero invasive behavioral tracking frameworks. Your business workflow remains completely ad-free and distraction-free.

Because data resides on your physical Android hardware, you possess complete sovereignty over your data. You can delete individual products, invoices, or entire customer ledger accounts directly in the app. Performing an app data clear in Android Settings or uninstalling Syndtra One instantly and permanently purges all local SQLite database records.
