OCS HAZRI (com.ocshazri.app) is an enterprise smart workforce attendance, facial biometric check-in, shift scheduling, and field tracking Android application developed by THE OCS TECHNOLOGY. All organizational rosters, employee records, attendance logs, departments, and shifts are processed and stored locally on your device in an encrypted Room SQLite database.

Camera permission (CAMERA) is used solely for contact-free facial check-in and check-out. Facial recognition operates via on-device machine learning (Google ML Kit). Raw photographs are converted into mathematical vector embeddings stored locally within the application sandbox. Raw employee photos are never sold, rented, or distributed to third parties.

Precise location permissions (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION, ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION) are used strictly for GPS geofenced attendance validation (verifying physical presence within authorized office boundaries) and optional active duty field tracking during designated work hours. Tracking automatically ceases upon checkout.

OCS HAZRI is completely ad-free and contains no third-party tracking or behavioral analytics SDKs (no AdMob, no data brokers). We respect organizational privacy and never commercialize workforce records.

Company administrators hold 100% control over their attendance and personnel records. Admins can export PDF/Excel reports or permanently delete employee records at any time. Uninstalling the app permanently erases local sandbox data.

OCS HAZRI is an enterprise workforce management utility intended strictly for registered businesses, employers, and adult personnel (aged 18+). It is not directed toward children under 13.
