This Privacy Policy applies specifically to the OCS DineFlow - Restaurant Billing & POS Management Android mobile application (Package: com.ocs.dineflow), engineered and published by THE OCS TECHNOLOGY (theocstechnology.com).
We are committed to user privacy, operational sovereignty, and transparency. OCS DineFlow is architected with a strict 100% offline-first philosophy to ensure that your restaurant records, sales figures, inventory metrics, and customer invoices remain solely under your private control.
OCS DineFlow (com.ocs.dineflow) is an offline-first Restaurant POS & Billing Android application developed by THE OCS TECHNOLOGY. All business operations, menu catalogs, visual floor tables, KOTs, billing records, staff details, and daily sales metrics are processed and stored 100% locally on your device in an encrypted SQLite Room database. No internet is required to run billing, and no business data is uploaded to remote servers.
Any data entered into OCS DineFlow (restaurant details, GSTIN, items, customer phone numbers for invoices, inventory records) remains strictly isolated within your Android device's application sandbox. THE OCS TECHNOLOGY does NOT collect, harvest, monetize, or sell your private commercial records.
OCS DineFlow requests minimal permissions: (a) Bluetooth & Nearby Devices (BLUETOOTH_CONNECT / BLUETOOTH_SCAN) solely to connect with 58mm & 80mm ESC/POS thermal receipt printers for bill & KOT printing; (b) Storage / Media (optional) solely to export PDF invoices, Excel analytics reports, and manual backup files upon your request.
OCS DineFlow is completely ad-free and contains no third-party tracking or behavioral analytics SDKs (no AdMob, no data brokers).
Since all data resides on your physical Android hardware, you have absolute ownership. You can backup or restore anytime from settings. Clearing app data or uninstalling the app permanently erases all local database records.
OCS DineFlow is a commercial enterprise billing utility intended for restaurant owners and staff (aged 18+). It does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
